What You Need to Know About Better WiFi Australia

We’re trying to keep this all pretty simple, so please bear with us.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria, via Australia Post. Since we are a small operation, we do not guarantee same-day shipping or anything fancy like that.

We will try to get orders shipped within one business day of them being placed, but sometimes there can be delays when we are waiting on new stock to arrive – if this is the case for your order, the item will be listed as follows:

And a message will appear in your shopping cart, in red, to remind you.

Once we have stock and have shipped your order, we will send you an email containing shipping confirmation and tracking details. We only ship within Australia.

Privacy:

We use  WooCommerce, PayPal, and Stripe to handle our stock and payment processing – this is so everything is secure, and credit card info is handled by people who are better at it than us!

Also, to be explicit, we will not share your personal information with anyone.

Official Business:

This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by the eero company in the U.S. in any way – we’re just trying to make things easier over here in Aus while we wait for them to release the products officially.

Although the items are in new condition and we will uphold the original warranty period, they are technically sold as ‘second hand’, because we are re-selling them – an official eero distributor does not yet exist in Australia. It’s basically the equivalent of buying them off eBay, but easier, without delays, Customs issues, or high shipping costs, and with a local point of call if anything goes wrong.

Returns:

We know how frustrating it can be when things go wrong, and we’ll try and help you with any problems as best we can. If any eero unit you buy from us fails within the 1-year-limited warranty, let us know, and we’ll get you sorted with a replacement ASAP.

Additionally, if you change your mind and decide you don’t want the unit within 30 days (and you still have all the packaging – missing packaging will incur a restocking fee up to 20%), let us know, and we’ll give you a refund.

In these situations, and warranty returns older than 30 days, we are unable to refund postage costs, and will not cover return shipping. If a unit fails within 30 days, we will cover postage costs to get your failed unit back to us for replacement. Once we have received and tested the faulty unit, we will ship your replacement ASAP.
